1. Agreement
The Sterile Process offerings are operated by The Sterile Process Foundation Corporation. In these policies, The Sterile Process, TSP, we, us, and our refer to that entity. By submitting an application, creating an account, purchasing a product or service, enrolling in a program, or using a The Sterile Process website, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable Refund Policy, any order-specific terms, and any enrollment agreement you sign. Quiz Studio users also agree to the Subscription and Cancellation Policy and Educational Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the applicable offering.
2. Services and offerings
The Sterile Process provides sterile processing education, exam-preparation resources, instructor-led and independent-study programs, digital products, application review, career-readiness resources, resume services, and Quiz Studio. The exact scope, schedule, access period, deliverables, and eligibility requirements are those stated on the applicable offer page, order confirmation, syllabus, service agreement, or enrollment agreement.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- Provide accurate account and payment information.
- Keep your password confidential and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
- Each account is licensed to one individual and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or used for group instruction without written permission.
4. Limited license
A purchase of digital educational content grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access the purchased materials for your own education during the stated access period. No ownership interest in a course, recording, question bank, presentation, workbook, flashcard library, template, platform, or other content is transferred to you.
5. Prohibited use
- Copying, photographing, screen recording, downloading, reproducing, publishing, distributing, selling, or creating derivative question banks from Quiz Studio content.
- Sharing login credentials or allowing another person to use your account.
- Using bots, scraping tools, automated extraction, artificial intelligence systems, or other technology to collect, reproduce, analyze, or redistribute protected content.
- Submitting recalled, stolen, or confidential certification examination questions to the platform or representing Quiz Studio questions as actual HSPA examination items.
- Circumventing access controls, payment controls, security measures, or usage limits.
- Using the platform unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that interferes with other users or the service.
6. Intellectual property
The Sterile Process owns or licenses the Quiz Studio design, text, original questions, rationales, organization, branding, graphics, software, and other content. The Sterile Process name, TSP branding, and related materials may not be used without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in account termination and appropriate enforcement action.
7. Payments and order-specific terms
Prices, payment schedules, access periods, recurring billing terms, deliverables, and applicable taxes are disclosed before purchase. Failed, reversed, disputed, or refunded payments may suspend work, enrollment benefits, digital access, or account access. If an enrollment agreement, signed service agreement, or written offer contains terms that differ from these general Terms, the more specific agreement controls for that offering to the extent permitted by law.
8. Offering-specific rules
- Application fee: The application fee compensates The Sterile Process for application review and enrollment administration. It is nonrefundable, applies only to the stated enrollment period, is nontransferable, and is credited toward tuition only as described in the applicable offer.
- Training programs: Tuition, payment plans, attendance, completion, withdrawal, cancellation, access, and refund terms are governed by the applicable enrollment agreement and written program materials.
- Resume and career services: The purchaser must provide accurate and complete information. The service improves presentation and positioning but does not guarantee interviews or employment. Scope, revision limits, turnaround, and rush terms are those stated in the applicable offer or confirmation.
- Digital products and recorded education: Access is personal and may not be copied, shared, downloaded, redistributed, resold, or used to teach others without written permission.
- Quiz Studio: The 90-Day Pass expires at the end of its stated period and does not automatically renew. Monthly access renews automatically until canceled under the Subscription and Cancellation Policy.
9. Educational and career outcomes
The Sterile Process provides education, preparation, and career-readiness support. Purchasing, enrolling in, or completing an offering does not guarantee examination eligibility, certification, a passing score, completion of required hands-on hours, an externship, an interview, employment, promotion, wages, or job retention. Students and users are responsible for meeting current credentialing, employer, and regulatory requirements.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access or services for nonpayment, account sharing, content theft, misuse, fraud, security threats, harassment, or violation of these Terms. When reasonably appropriate, we may investigate activity and request information needed to protect the business, its students, users, systems, or intellectual property.
11. Availability and corrections
We work to keep our services and materials available and accurate, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, instructor emergencies, shipping disruptions, or circumstances outside our control may affect timing or access. We may correct typographical, technical, scheduling, or educational errors and provide a reasonable substitute or revised delivery method when appropriate.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, online platforms and digital materials are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Sterile Process and its officers, employees, instructors, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost income, lost opportunities, lost data, or certification or employment outcomes arising from an offering. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific offering giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the concern by contacting admin@thesterileprocess.com.
15. Changes and contact
