1. Automatic renewal
Monthly access is a recurring subscription. By purchasing it, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method on file at the price and frequency shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes, until you cancel. There is no free trial unless one is expressly offered at checkout.
Monthly Exam Prep Bundle
The Exam Prep Bundle costs $29 per month and renews automatically until canceled. It includes practice questions, flashcards, progress tracking, and Community & Jobs while access is active. The separate $129 lifetime option is a one-time purchase. Buying lifetime access through the same signed-in account stops the monthly subscription after payment succeeds. Previous monthly payments are not credited toward the lifetime purchase.
2. How to cancel
You may cancel online through the Manage or cancel subscription option in Study Hub Account & Billing. You may also request cancellation by emailing admin@thesterileprocess.com or calling 800-733-2258. Include the email address associated with the account. Do not send a password or complete card number. Cancellation requests are effective when completed through the billing portal or, for support requests, when processed after reasonable account verification.
3. Effect of cancellation
Unless otherwise disclosed, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing period after a timely cancellation. Access ordinarily remains active until the date shown in the dashboard. Canceling does not ordinarily refund or prorate the current period.
4. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we send a payment-update notice and Stripe may retry payment. Monthly bundle access continues for a three-day grace period after the last paid period ends. If payment is still incomplete, paid content locks until the required payment succeeds. Your existing study progress remains saved to your account. A first payment must succeed before new access is activated.
5. Price or term changes
We may change the subscription price or material terms prospectively. Notice will be provided before a change takes effect when required. Continuing the subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new recurring price or terms, subject to applicable law.
