1. Automatic renewal
Monthly access is a recurring subscription. By purchasing it, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method on file at the price and frequency shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes, until you cancel. There is no free trial unless one is expressly offered at checkout.
2. How to cancel
You may cancel online through the Manage monthly billing option in your Quiz Studio dashboard. You may also request cancellation by emailing admin@thesterileprocess.com or calling 800-733-2258. Include the email address associated with the account. Do not send a password or complete card number. Cancellation requests are effective when completed through the billing portal or, for support requests, when processed after reasonable account verification.
3. Effect of cancellation
Unless otherwise disclosed, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing period after a timely cancellation. Access ordinarily remains active until the date shown in the dashboard. Canceling does not ordinarily refund or prorate the current period.
4. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment and send billing notices. Access may be limited, suspended, or ended if payment is not completed. Updating a payment method does not guarantee recovery of expired access or saved information.
5. Price or term changes
We may change the subscription price or material terms prospectively. Notice will be provided before a change takes effect when required. Continuing the subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new recurring price or terms, subject to applicable law.
