USER PROCEDURES

Account and Access Procedures

These procedures explain how accounts, access, support, billing, content concerns, and suspected misuse are handled.

Effective August 24, 2026

Account setup

  • Create one account using an email address you control.
  • Confirm the email address using the most recent confirmation message.
  • Use password recovery from the sign-in page if needed.
  • Do not share passwords or reuse another student's account.

Access activation

  • Select the 90-Day Pass or monthly access from the dashboard.
  • Review and accept the posted policies before continuing to secure checkout.
  • Access activates after Stripe confirms successful payment.
  • If payment succeeds but access remains locked, sign out, sign back in, and contact support with the account email and purchase date if the issue continues.

Quiz records

  • Practice quizzes may save in-progress answers so the student can resume later.
  • Comprehensive exams are one-session assessments and do not save in-progress answers.
  • Submitted scores are associated with the student's account.
  • Scores and progress are study tools and are not official certification results.

Billing and cancellation

  • Monthly students should use Manage monthly billing in the dashboard to update payment details or cancel.
  • A support-assisted cancellation may require verification of the account email.
  • The 90-Day Pass ends automatically and does not need to be canceled.
  • Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy.

Technical support

  • Document the issue, date, browser or device, and the page involved.
  • Do not email passwords or complete payment-card numbers.
  • Allow a reasonable opportunity for troubleshooting before requesting a billing remedy.
  • Support may request screenshots that do not expose sensitive information.

Content concern review

  • Identify the quiz title, question number or wording, and the specific concern.
  • The Sterile Process will compare the item with the governing source material and intended exam domain.
  • Questions may be corrected, clarified, replaced, or removed.
  • A content correction does not by itself establish entitlement to a refund.

Suspected account sharing or content theft

  • Access may be temporarily restricted while unusual activity is reviewed.
  • The account owner may be asked to verify identity, ownership, or device activity.
  • Confirmed misuse may result in termination without refund to the extent permitted by law.
  • The Sterile Process may preserve relevant records and pursue remedies for unauthorized reproduction or distribution.
